What we do

Helping Australians connect

We give technology a second life and put it in the hands of Australians who need it most. Working with our community partners, we refurbish devices that would otherwise end up in landfill and transform them into valuable tools that help Australians connect, learn and thrive.

Challenges we address

Digital inequality in Australia extends beyond simple device access. We address the hidden barriers: the high cost of quality and reliable devices, limited access in remote communities, and the lack of suitable technology for people with different abilities and diverse needs.

Digital exclusion

More than 2.5 million Australians are excluded from online connectivity. Without digital devices, they miss essential services, education opportunities, and family connections, leaving them increasingly isolated in our digital world.

E-waste crisis

Australia produces over 500,000 tonnes of e-waste annually. Old devices often end up in landfill, wasting valuable resources and releasing harmful chemicals into our environment.

Skills gap

Access to technology alone isn’t enough. Many Australians need support to build digital literacy skills and confidence to fully participate in our increasingly online world.

Devices that
empower Australians

We partner with community organisations to identify those most affected by digital exclusion – from students unable to complete homework to job seekers looking for work. Our refurbished devices become lifelines that connect people to essential services.

Every device we distribute comes with technical support and access to digital skills training. This comprehensive approach helps recipients not just receive technology, but gain the confidence and knowledge to use it effectively for learning, working, and connecting with others.

Expanding digital access

Community organisations trust us to provide high-quality, reliable technology to the people they support. Our community partners value our comprehensive approach that goes beyond device distribution to include technical support and digital literacy resources. This partnership allows frontline organisations to focus on their core services while we handle the technology infrastructure that amplifies their impact.

A more inclusive Australia

Digital inclusion opens doors for everyone in our community. We believe all Australians deserve access to technology and the skills to use it confidently. By working together, we create a future where technology brings people together and gives everyone a chance to succeed.
